Came here with my friend on Tuesday. The air conditioning was immediately wonderful as it was blistering hot outside. There was only one guy working here but he was cordial and friendly and took and made our orders very quickly.
The drinks themselves were delicious. Great location, away from the bustle of the main street, so not very much foot traffic. It's great to have a relatively quiet place to sit and have a nice drink.
I think here's like the best one among them. Original milk tea they offer is always the best and refreshing. Love it! It looks like the owner or manager is one of the biggest fans for K-pop group haha One thing was a shame that the music was tooo loud to have a chat inside. My friend and I had to leave the place in a hot weather. Not sure for dine in but for to go, it's perfect and will make another visit soonš
Changed the menu lately so you have to āadd milkā to make it milk tea...
Fast working friendly staff, sadly tea is never filled to the brim at this store. Worlds stickiest floor on Fri, Sat & Sun nights. Still if you can overlook the cleanliness etc itās better than Gong Cha up the road .

I really enjoy this bubble tea place. It suits my taste pallet very well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This store also hosts (to my liking), cupsleeve events regularly, which from my knowledge- push people to try bubble tea for the first time, who wouldnāt have otherwise. Which is great! I always visit whenever Iām up in Perth, in fact, Iām glad that I donāt live nearby- otherwise Iād be there everyday. Great shop, my go-to-place for bubble tea.
I have ordered 2 matcha fresh milk tea large/medium but quality was not great. matcha power separated from milk and it looks unappealing and taste is bad specially the after taste as powder remain in mouth. Feel like shop has used expired product. pic attached.

Presotea makes their bubble tea with real tea and not just powders. Quick service and plenty of flavours. You can adjust the levels of sweetness and ice etc. I'm definitely a regular.
Nice bbt shop with ample seatings.
Nice place to hangout.
Tried the choc milk tea and warm genmaicha. Both are not bad! ā¦
